All user data is retained within the app's community structure and is not shared with any external parties. Each version of the app operates independently for its respective community.

Registration details (such as name, address, photo, mobile number, blood group) are used to establish internal connections within the verified community and are only accessible to its members.

Additional information such as family details, business profiles, or social status (e.g., in trusts or temples) is optional and helps enrich member interactions within the community space.

The matrimony section is open within the community for profile visibility and interaction. The app does not take responsibility for communications or outcomes initiated by users.

All posts in the community section are subject to admin approval. Posts that are promotional, sensitive, or irrelevant to the community may be removed at the discretion of moderators.

Users cannot directly change their registered contact information. Change requests must go through a super admin and require proper verification.

The app provides an option for users wishing to exit and delete their accounts. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Any promotional content must follow the official presentation process. No fees are charged for registration or listing approval.

Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Apna Samaj. We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to register or use the platform.

Information shared by users, including names, family details, photos, and gotra, may be visible to other registered users within the community. Users have the option to set their profile as Private or Public, control who can view their information, and block other users. We encourage all users, especially minors, to avoid sharing sensitive personal information and to use privacy settings for safety.

For child users aged 13 and above, we may collect name, email, mobile number, gender, profile photo, and family details (e.g., gotra). This information supports profile creation, family mapping, and community engagement.

Users can send requests to add others as family members. The recipient has full control to accept or reject the request, maintaining control over their profile and connections.

Apna Samaj does not share user data with third parties for advertising or promotional purposes.

Users can report inappropriate behavior or content through the app. Our moderation team promptly reviews such reports and takes appropriate action to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

If a parent or guardian believes their child's safety is at risk or wishes to review or delete their child's account or personal information, they can contact our support team for assistance.
