This app is exclusively for verified members of the Ghanchi Modi Samaj. Each user must provide accurate personal information during registration and is subject to verification by area-specific admins.

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment. As such, we do not tolerate any objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using this app, you agree NOT to:

• Post or share content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or threatening.
• Impersonate any individual or provide false identity.
• Share personal or confidential information of others without consent.
• Promote political, religious, or non-community-related agendas.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

All content, including business listings, matrimonial profiles, family connections, and event posts, is subject to moderation. Area admins and platform moderators reserve the right to:

• Review, edit, or remove any content that violates our guidelines.
• Ban users who engage in objectionable conduct.
• Forward serious violations to appropriate authorities, if necessary.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant Apna Samaj a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share the content within the app as part of its community services.

We value your privacy. Your personal data is:

• Collected with consent
• Stored securely
• Not shared with third parties without your permission

You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the in-app support feature.

Apna Samaj is a community platform and does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of content shared by users. All users are advised to exercise their own judgment, particularly in sections like Matrimony and Business Directory.

We may update these Terms occasionally. You will be notified in the app of any significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
